Introduction

You agree that: You may only use the website to make legitimate enquiries or orders. You will not make any false or fraudulent orders. If we are reasonably of the opinion that such an order has been made, we shall be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities. You also undertake to provide correct and accurate e-mail, postal and other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary (see our Privacy Policy ). If You do not give us all of the information that we need, we may not be able to complete your order.

By placing an order through the website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Delivery

Subject to availability, and unless there are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to fulfill your order for products listed in the Order Confirmation by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no estimated delivery date is specified, within 14 days of the date of the Order confirmation.

Reasons for delay could include: Customization of products; Specialized items; Unforeseen circumstances; or Delivery area; If for any reason whatsoever, we cannot meet the delivery date, you will be kept informed thereof and offered a choice of either continuing with the purchase by setting an extended delivery time or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.

Returns and refounds

The return period in our online shop is 14 natural days from the reception of order.

Under no circumstances should the customer return the goods to Plnt-a Store by his own means. Plnt-a Store will not be responsible for the goods if the customer returns them by his own means.

Product damaged during shipment

When you receive the product you should check it well. If you find that you have suffered damage during shipment should contact us as soon as possible through our contact channels where we will tell you how to proceed.

Incorrect product

In the event that we have made a mistake in shipping the product, you have 14 calendar days from the date of reception of the order to claim the exchange or return. Please contact our customer service at hey@plnt-a.store

Defective product

To return a defective product, the defect of the part must first be established by sending photos in which it is verified that the item is actually damaged or deteriorated. From here everything is on us.

All appliances and their parts are covered by a 2-year warranty. In the case of a defective product, Plnt-a Store (owned by Digitalina Artworks S.L.) will pay all the necessary expenses for repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Being all these managements free for the buyer.

Excluded from its coverage are the characteristics of the product inherent to its nature (natural behaviour of the materials, ageing of the same, etc.), as well as damage caused by improper use.

This warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, shock, misuse or tampering, improper installation, or materials subject to wear and tear from normal use.

The warranty will lose its value if some of the data of the same or of the proof of purchase are modified, altered or substituted.

In order to use the guarantee, it is essential to present proof of purchase.

In Plnt-a Store we want our customers to be satisfied and therefore we have an after-sales service that you can contact through any of our means of customer service e-mail hey@plnt-a.store.

The warranty offered by Plnt-a Store complies with the legal requirements demanded both in the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU) and in Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which modifies the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November).

Product does not meet your expectations

If you receive the product and it does not respond to what you were looking for, do not worry, you can return it within 14 natural days of receiving the product. To do so, you only have to contact Plnt-a Store by any of the available means. It is necessary that the product is in perfect conditions of conservation with all its accessories.

After you have received the goods in our warehouse and checked their condition, you will get the refund of the amount of your order, discounting the transport costs, by bank transfer or reimbursement on your credit or debit card (depending on the means of payment used in the purchase).

Do not forget to keep the original packaging, because if you do not return the product in the original packaging, the product will be depreciated. We recommend that, in the event of returning the product already opened, you pack it with all the protections with which we supply it from Plnt-a Store; bear in mind that it may suffer blows during transport and if we receive it very damaged we will have to apply an extra cost for this depreciation of the product.

What are the return costs?

If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of Plnt-a Store, i.e. damaged, deteriorated, defective product or shipping error, we will always assume all costs of the return.

If you want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations please contact us at hey@plnt-a.store. The costs of return will be the same as those of delivery. These delivery and return costs will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

Under no circumstances should the customer return the goods to Plnt-a Store without previous communication. Plnt-a Store will not be held responsible for the goods if the customer returns items by his own.

What we collect and store

While you are visiting our site we will keep track of:

  • The products you’ve seen: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve seen recently.
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we will use this for purposes such as estimating taxes and shipping costs.
  • Shipping address: we will ask you to provide this so that we can, for example, estimate the cost of shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

When you buy something from us we ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit/payment card details and optional additional information such as username and password. We will use this information for purposes such as:

  • Reply to your requests, including refunds and claims

  • Set up your account for our store

If you create an account we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which we will use for payment processing and future orders.

We normally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally obliged to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 4 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your man, email address and billing and shipping details.

We also store comments or ratings, if you choose to leave them.

Our team members have access to the information you give us. For example, store administrators and managers can log on:

  • Order information, such as what was purchased, when it was purchased, and where it should be shipped.
  • Customer information, such as your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
